As a property owner and Registered Nurse, a clean, disinfected and sanitized cabin has always been a a priority for us and for our guests. Since the Covid outbreak, we have adopted and implemented a strict anti-microbial (virus, bacteria, fungal) sanitization protocol before and after each guest using EPA registered and approved products to kill the Covid virus. We offer a "contactless" check-in process using a Wi-Fi programmable smart lock. Our linens are never mixed with other cabin linens. We employ a private housekeeper who has been in-serviced on our sanitization and cleaning process and only cares for our personal cabins. We encourage you to message us with any specific questions about our newly implemented cleaning program. Our goal is a safe and happy guest!

Please review the CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance) offered during the booking process. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for your stay. This is optional but not mandatory.

Absolutely perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, babymoons and special occasions! 

High Point Chalet is an all adult property with adult amenities. Not suitable for babies or children.

Newly built in 2018 - 2019 and just added as a rental property, this stunning chalet has some of the best mountain views in the Smokies! Located 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge.

The open floor plan and expansive "wall of windows" allows for breathtaking views of Mt Le Conte and views of Cove Mountain along with part of Ski mountain. The solid wood interior creates a chalet style theme throughout the property which offers a large master bedroom on the ground floor, an en-suite large master bathroom, along with a custom shower, double granite vanity, a separate open closet and a washer/dryer room complete with a new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The master bedroom amenities include a luxurious king bed with an incredible comfortable memory mattress, high thread count linens, 50 inch flat screen HD Smart TV w/ ROKU and Sling programming, a large dresser, remote ceiling fan and sitting chair. Open the windows, lay back and enjoy the ridge views, all from the king bed!

The gourmet kitchen simply has it all! Quartz counter tops, expansive glider cabinets, stainless Kitchen Aid appliances including a gas stove/range with a food steam feature, in frig wine rack, large stainless farm sink, a traditional coffee maker and a new Keurig. The wood butcher block island is an extra feature for those who love to cook and prepare food. 

The open living room provides a spacious double leather reclining couch, a matching leather recliner chair, a seasonal "winter" LED gas fireplace and multiple picture windows displaying the beautiful mountain view anywhere in the living room. The open dining area provides a large dining room table with plenty of room for a large meal.

Step out onto the deck and experience another world! Unobstructed Mt LeConte and Cove Mountain views will take your breath away. The covered deck amenities include a ceiling fan, a seasonal gas fireplace, brand new Azure LED hot tub with waterfall feature and LED lights and an Adirondack couple's glider. One flick of the switch turns on the deck LED lights for a beautiful evening experience!

High Point Chalet also offers an outdoor park style charcoal grill (be sure to bring charcoal and lighter fluid), along with a picnic table and of course, amazing mountain views!

One vehicle limit per reservation

Motorcycles and/or trailers are not permitted. We are unable to accommodate electronic vehicle charging. 

Major holidays will have a minimum night requirement. 

Arrivals and/or check outs are not permitted on major holidays  - Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
